US Bank has appointed Jodi Rolland as the president of its Affluent Wealth Management business. The appointment is effective from 22 September 2025.
In the new role, Jodi Rolland will also serve as the CEO for US Bancorp Investments (USBI) and US Bancorp Advisors (USBA).

The effective date for these two positions will be announced later, said US Bank.
In a statement, the bank elaborated that Rolland would manage the nationwide network of financial professionals within US Bank Wealth Management, USBI and USBA.
US Bank Wealth Management president Scott Ford said: “Jodi’s strong background in wealth management, along with her experience in both consumer and commercial banking, will help us deepen our relationships with clients and grow our business.
“She’s a proven leader and thoughtful collaborator. We’re thrilled to welcome her to our leadership team.”

Her previous role was at JPMorgan Chase, where she was managing director and divisional director for consumer banking, responsible for retail banking operations in the Greater West region.
Before that, she spent over 20 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various leadership positions within wealth management.

US Bank Wealth Management provides a range of services, including wealth planning, investment management, and trust and estate services through US Bank.
In addition, it provides financial planning and brokerage services through its affiliates, USBI and USBA.
