The partnership will provide additional research resources, enhanced reporting, and the power of state-of-the-art automated systems to UVA’s clientele.

As part of the partnership, Concert will acquire most of the back office, regulatory, and administrative functions for Universal Value Advisors, enabling UVA team to spend more time on research, security selection, and asset allocation.
Following the deal, UVA will remain in its current location and retain its current staff and will continue to manage its accounts with more resources, enhanced systems, and a more accessible back-office.
