Swiss asset manager Unigestion has rolled out a new private debt allocator tool, which will help identify private debt opportunities to match investment objectives of clients.

The firm has identified a common perception of the universe of private debt opportunities as large, diverse and challenging, and can yield returns between 5% to 20% for investors based on the type of debt.
The new tool simplifies the process by taking a structured approach to assess each private debt opportunity in accordance with the objectives of investors.
The tool is fed with private debt opportunities provided by the Unigestion team, which captures the unique characteristics of each investment opportunity, eliminates those investment opportunities that have been played out, updates existing opportunities, as well as adds new ones.
It also makes portfolio adjustments easier over time as investment cycles move, new ideas emerge as well as investors’ objectives change.
