Ultimus Fund Solutions, a provider of mutual fund services to the financial industry, has appointed Gary Tenkman as its new president.
Tenkman will report to the firm’s co-founders Bob Dorsey and Mark Seger. Seger, formerly the president, will now jointly serve as the firm’s CEO with Dorsey.

Tenkman joined the firm in 2014 and most recently was its COO. The firm’s assets under administration grew to over $60bn during his tenure at the firm.
Overall, he has an experience of more than 25 years in the financial services sector.
“Gary has been a great addition to our executive management team since he joined the firm and I am pleased to have him in this new role. I appreciate the vision that Gary has brought to the company thus far and look forward to pursuing our continued growth,” Dorsey noted.
“As we have grown, Bob and I wanted to make sure we kept an emphasis on our client centric model. Putting Gary in this position absolutely reinforces that. It also allows both Bob and I to devote more time to long-term strategic initiatives,” Seger said.
