UBS Wealth Management Americas has appointed Jonathan Brooks as sales director to support new business development initiatives in the equity compensation services division.

In his new role, Brooks will be responsible for focusing on driving corporate client sales with key prospects in collaboration with Financial Advisors. Based in New Jersey, he will report to Michael Barry, head of the business.

Brooks joins UBS with more than 15 years of experience in the equity compensation industry, having worked at E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley, with extensive corporate sales and client relationship management expertise.

Commenting on the appointment, Barry said: "We are pleased to have Brooks join us. He will play an integral role in helping UBS FAs pursue quality corporate business, as well as further develop our strong presence in the equity compensation industry."
