Swiss banking giant UBS has reshuffled its leveraged finance team with new appointments.

Brendan Dillon and Francisco Pinto-Leite have been named as joint global heads of leveraged finance, with the appointments to be effective immediately.

Dillon has also been appointed as the interim head of US financial sponsors for the bank, after the exit of Matthew Stopnik.

Jim Boland has been designated as the head of leveraged finance and leveraged capital markets for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and will move to London for his new role

The position was earlier held by Giles Borten, who left UBS earlier this year.

Moreover, the bank has appointed David Barth to serve as head of leveraged finance and leveraged capital markets in the Americas.
