Lindholm, who is from JPMorgan will join on 1 May 2012 and lead the business together with Philip Higson for a transitional period until December 2012, when she will become the sole head, Businessweek reports.
Higson who currently leads the UHNW business and the family office group in Europe will focus on the latter starting December 2012.
