In his new role, Allen will be responsible for leading an experienced sales team that will work with UBS Financial Advisors who specialize in the equity compensation space.

With over 30 years of experience in equity compensation industry, Allen has served as a consultant to UBS for the past year, and has held key leadership positions at a number of financial services firms, including Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney.
