Technology firm for the financial sevices industry, Tenet, has made its finance director Mark Youngman and financial planning head Jackie Ison redundant.
Tenet managing director, Mike O’Brien, said the decision had been made because the group had "up-scaled and up-skilled" resources within the business.

Ison has been with Tenet since September 2011 after joining from Aviva where she was head of marketing platforms and pensions. Youngman has been with Tenet since January 2008.
O’Brien said: "This decision was not taken lightly and we continue to put client service at the top of our agenda in this challenging period of regulatory change.
"I would like to take the opportunity to thank Jackie and Mark for their hard work whilst at Tenet and to wish them all the best for the future."
In February 2013, Tenet appointed Helen Turner as distribution and development director and appointed two new directors in a restructure.
