Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based Turner Investments has concluded its merger deal with investment firm Veracen.
The deal will combine Turner’s 26-year active investing legacy with Veracen's proprietary operating platform and disciplined investment process.

Turner provides a range of actively-managed investment strategies to offer structured outcomes for institutional as well as individual investors.
The addition of capabilities following the integration of the two businesses will help Turner focus on creation of actively-managed portfolios that will offer lower volatility and stronger downside protection, Turner said.
