True Potential Investments has boosted its investment arm by appointing Sheriden Davy as new head of risk and compliance and Colin Beveridge as chief investment officer.

Prior to joining True Potential, Davy worked at BlackRock as vice president of compliance monitoring and has also worked at the department for work and pensions, MyCSP Ltd.

Beveridge most recently established an evidence-based academic research and solutions consulting business, called Long Horizon.

Prior to this, Beveridge worked at The Alliance Trust as chief investment manager and at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership as an investment director.
