Triangle, an investment, development and asset management group, has hired Matthew Littler as its new asset management head.
With this hire, the firm aims to boost its expanding real estate practice in London.

Littler, in his new role, will be responsible to optimize the performance of Triangle’s portfolios, including Holborn Links, the New Oxford Street Estate and the group’s hotel project in Southampton Row, L’Oscar.
Commenting on the appointment, Triangle Group partner Tunc Guven said: "We are delighted to welcome Matthew to our expanding real estate team. Matthew’s extensive knowledge of the capital’s property market makes him the ideal individual to manage our growing portfolio in London."
Littler most recently served at Orchard Street Investment Management for three years. At Orchard, he held the role of a senior asset manager and formed part of a team managing a £1.7bn portfolio.
Before that, he served a seven year stint at Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, where he was responsible for managing part of the Sun Life’s investment portfolio.
