In their new role, Mills and his team will continue to look after all former Norscot and GSFM clients with immediate effect and offer the full services of Towry.

With around 900 clients in the Glasgow area, Mills acquired Norscot in 1990 and founded GSFM as its wealth management arm in 2010.

Towry head of wealth advice, Andy Cowan, said: "The decision by David Mills and his team to join Towry and offer their clients Towry’s advice and services underlines the strength of Towry’s proposition as both an employer and a wealth advice business."
