Towers Watson has appointed Colin Fowler in a senior role within its technology and administration solutions team.
Fowler was previously with Capita Hartshead where he worked for 13 years as a director in the administration services division. Prior to that, he held senior pension roles at Teesside Pension Fund and North Yorkshire County Council.

Fowler’s experience spans both public and private sectors, having had responsibility for large private sector industry-wide pension schemes, the Teachers’ Pension Scheme and many other pensions arrangements. Throughout his 24-year career, Colin has specialised in scheme management and operational service delivery, working closely with clients in delivering successful outcomes through strong project management and effective use of technology.
Fowler will undertake large scale project work and will initially add his experience to the continuing development of key on-going initiatives including data cleansing, operational efficiency and service quality.
