Towers Watson has added five new members to its Australian investment team as part of its strategy to expand its client base.

The five new members are Craig Mercer, Sean O’Shea, Sean Hollins, Bhushan Chiniah and Chris Tran.
Mercer joined the firm as a specialist senior hedge fund and alternatives consultant in Sydney. His most recent role was as head of the London office for Dalton Investments. Prior to that he worked for Towers Watson in London and Hong Kong.
Likewise, O’Shea also joined Towers Watson in Sydney as an investment consultant. He previously held positions at Challenger Financial Services, Apostle Asset Management and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Hollins, Chiniah and Tran will join the firm as investment analysts. While Hollins, Chiniah will be based in Melbourne, Tran will join the firm’s Sydney office.
