Since its inception in 1990, FS Wealth Management has seen growth primarily through recommendations and its partnerships with local accountants, now boasting a clientele of over 4,000 across the UK.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Titan Wealth’s East Anglia presence, following the previous acquisition of Loveday and Partners in 2024.

The move is expected to provide Finance Shop with the capability to offer a broader spectrum of services to its clientele.

The deals await regulatory approval.

Titan Wealth joint group CEO and head of M&A Andrew Fearon said: “We are pleased to welcome Finance Shop and FS Wealth. The firms have built a strong presence in East Anglia, a region of great importance to us.

“The acquisition allows us to continue building our geographical footprint in the East of England and further enhances our vertically integrated client offering.”

In January, Titan Wealth purchased financial advisory firm Advisa Wealth, enhancing international financial planning capabilities and expanding foothold in the Channel Islands.
