The charities team includes heads Caroline Connell, Robin Adamson, Jason Haworth and Stephen McClymont, who will work alongside managing directors Duncan Brookes and John Mulhern.
The UK charities team works with trustees to meet objectives and deliver strong returns in accordance with their required policies.
Additionally, Tilney Bestinvest CIO Gareth Lewis will assume a strategic oversight role in investment strategy.
Frame said: "The investment requirements of a charity are often complex, encompassing the need for income, growth or capital preservation or indeed a blend. But alongside this many charities require their investments to be managed in accordance with very specific non-investment criteria, such as ethical or governance-related factors.
"We believe that consistent investment performance for charity clients requires a robust, structured and disciplined investment process that is built on in-house expertise," he added.
