Threshold Group, a family-owned wealth management firm and family office, has hired Stephanie Cohn Rupp as managing director of impact investing.
In her new role, Rupp will work together with chief investment officer Ron Albahary to develop creative goals-based solutions for clients.

Rupp joined Threshold Group from Toniic, a global action community of impact investors, where she served as CEO.
Rupp, who has over 15 years of experience in global impact investing, has worked for five years at Omidyar Network, a philanthropic investment firm and also held roles at Planet Finance, UBS Investment Bank in New York and London, and served as a consultant to the World Bank and UNESCO.
She has also served on the boards of international nonprofits including Women Thrive Worldwide, and Latet USA, and two global investment funds.
