Thomas Miller Investment (TMI), a UK-based asset manager, has appointed former Brown Shipley head of private banking Hugh Titcomb as its new CEO.
Prior to joining Brown Shipley & Co, Titcomb worked as vice chairman and group chief executive at Sanlam Private Investments UK, group CEO at Ansbacher Group and managed the retail fund administration business at Bank of New York.
