Thesis Asset Management has hired Tom Low as an investment manager from Barnett Waddingham Investments.

In his new role, Low will report to Thesis’ director of institutional sales Giles Marriage and be based in the firm’s Lymington offices. Low will be responsible for managing client portfolios and working with intermediary firms to increase sales.

Previously, Low was head of client relations at Barnett Waddingham, where he worked on internal projects and advised high-net worth clients.

Prior to this, Low worked at Barclays Wealth on discretionary cash and investment management.
