The Board of Directors of Nomura Partners Funds has retained an independent consultant to assist it in its deliberations over whether to liquidate, merge, assign the advisory contract or to take another course of action for one or more of the Nomura Partners Funds.
The Board’s action was taken in response to Nomura’s announcement that it is planning to exit the U.S. open-end mutual fund business. The Board also decided to close the Funds to purchases and exchanges while it considers the best course of action for each of the Funds.
