TD Asset Management’s Global Currents Investment Management – its portfolio adviser for the TD Global Value Fund – has merged into its affiliate ClearBridge Investments on 1 April, 2013.
As a result of this transaction, ClearBridge Investments has become the portfolio adviser of the Fund. The portfolio management team led by Paul Ehrlichman and Safa Muhtaseb will remain the same.
