SYZ said that its proposed range of services will address every situation that private clients owning an industrial business might face, such as debt restructuring, market financing solutions, mergers & acquisitions, sales, IPOs and business recovery.
Commenting on the move, SYZ CEO Eric Syz said: "In addition to portfolio management, a modern, solutions-based private bank should be able to advise clients in Switzerland and abroad on how to best manage their industrial & business activities.
"This agreement will enable us to remain at the forefront of meeting our clients’ needs and lay the foundations for an activity that is bound to see growth in the coming years. This activity is especially important to me because it really sets us apart at a time when private banks are offering more and more of the same services," he added.
