Swiss private bank Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) has named Stella Ma as new senior portfolio manager to its global and absolute return fixed-income team.
The bank’s fixed-income team is led by Christel Rendu de Lint and includes 9 investment professionals managing over $12.5 billion.

In her new role, Ma will work alongside Rendu de Lint and Philippe Gräub to co-manage the firm’s existing fixed income strategies.
In addition, he will support the expansion of the team’s range of benchmark-agnostic solutions.
Ma joined UBP from the Swiss Federal Social Security Funds where she managed the organisation’s investment-grade corporate bond fund. Prior to this, she held roles at BlueCrest Capital Management, Morgan Stanley and ING.
