Reyl Overseas, a subsidiary of Reyl & Cie bank, has opened its second US branch in Dallas, Texas.

The new office will be led by Oliver Hohermuth, who is registered as an investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

REYL Overseas said that the new office will take advantage of the American economy and its talented entrepreneurs.

The office will provide closer support to American entrepreneurs who wish to extend their business affairs and banking relations internationally as well as foreign investors who want to establish or strengthen their business in the US.

Founded in 1973 in Geneva, REYL & Cie serves a clientele of international entrepreneurs and institutional investors through its wealth management, asset management, corporate & family governance, corporate advisory & structuring and asset services business lines.
