Swiss & Global Asset Management has unveiled a new unconstrained emerging markets bond fund that invests in hard and local currency bonds.
The JB Emerging Markets Opportunities Bond fund will invest in sovereign and corporate bonds in emerging markets.

The Luxembourg-domiciled fund will be managed by Enzo Puntillo, EM fixed income CEO at Swiss & Global, alongside a 12-member emerging markets team.
The fund with an annual management fee of 1.1% aims for a return of 6-10% annually with volatility between 5-7%.
Swiss & Global said that the US-dollar denominated fund will not be set to a benchmark and can invest in any credit band and bond segment.
The fund now has large local currency positions in Brazil, Mexico and Poland and hard currency positions in Indonesian and eastern European government bonds including Slovenia and Croatia.
