Consolidator Succession Group has snapped up four UK-based financial services firms for an undisclosed sum.
The acquired entities are Independent Advisors (Scotland), Glasgow’s Fergus Muirhead, London’s Booth Wealth Management and Warwickshire’s Rossmore Financial Services. The acquisitions add £255m of assets to Succession’s books.

The consolidator, which was on acquisition spree last year, most recently acquired Accountants Financial Services (AFS) Scotland and H&L Financial. The latest deals take the firm’s total number of acquisitions carried out between 2014 and 2017 to 47.
