Succession Advisory Services, a UK-based financial planning firm, has acquired two chartered financial planning advisory firms, which will increase Succession’s assets under management by £80m.

The two firms include Holmer Green-based Clearwater Wealth Management and Coleman Clough, a Shipley-based pension and wealth management firm.

The two firms have joined Succession to secure the future of their business for staff and clients.

The partnership with Succession wil enable Clearwater Wealth to add value across the firm’s financial planning operations by leveraging Succession’s technology and back office systems.
