State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), the asset management arm of State Street Corporation, has named Nick Good as senior managing director and chief operating officer of the US intermediary business.
Good will be based in Boston and report to James Ross, who is head of US intermediary distribution and global head of SPDR ETFs.

In his new role, Good will be responsible for heading sales and business strategy, as well as driving intermediary business growth through new and existing channels.
In addition, he will also serve as a resource to existing and prospective clients and, as a member of the senior leadership team to develop strategic initiatives to enhance SSgA’s role in the intermediary business.
Prior to joining SSgA, Good has worked with BlackRock as head of strategy and business development for the Asia-Pacific region, leading a broad range of strategic initiatives including client development, corporate development and other growth opportunities in the region.
He has also previously led the iShares ETF business in Asia at BlackRock.
