Staples Rodway Asset Management and Gottex Fund Management Sarl have formed a new joint venture in New Zealand called Gottex SR Funds (GSRF).
According to Gottex, GSRF will offer multi-asset investment products to New Zealand investors seeking diversified international investment exposure.

Guy Holroyd has named as managing director of GSRF. The existing SRF International Capital Growth Fund, established in 2011, is being folded into the joint venture and rebranded as the Gottex SR Multi-Asset Global Fund.
Bill Landes, senior managing director and CIO of Gottex Multi Asset business, will be closely involved in the management of the fund, Gottex said.
Gottex Asia CEO, Max Gottschalk, said: "This is a further step in delivering our strategy for growth and follows the announcement earlier in May of our new partnership with Astmax in Japan."
"We have been expanding in the Asia Pacific region for some time and were looking for a partner in New Zealand, where we see significant opportunities for growth," Gottschalk said.
