Stanhope Capital, an investment firm managing over $9.5bn on behalf of wealthy families, charities and other institutions, has hired Matthew Gambles as new senior director of Stanhope Capital (Jersey).
Gambles will work together with Stanhope founding directors David Nolan and Jonathan Overland.

Gambles has joined Stanhope Capital from RBC Wealth Management, where he was director investment counselor. Earlier, he was also associated with UBS and Deutsche Bank.
Commenting on the appointment, Nolan said: "We are excited about the opportunity of growing our business and bringing the Stanhope difference to Channel Islands based Fiduciaries, Family Offices and Private Clients."
