By GlobalDataThe new fund launch follows the continued expansion of the responsibilities given to House and his team since it was formed in April 2012.
Craig McDonald, head of credit at SLI, said: "Emerging market corporate bonds have become an increasingly important debt market and the launch of a corporate offering within the EMD space allows investors to tap into the wealth of opportunities provided by companies and institutions in emerging regions.
"The new fund will draw on the expertise of our corporate bond and EMD sovereign teams, and in addition provide investors with valuable exposure to the divergent economic fundamentals between emerging and developed markets," he added.
