Most recently, Peake was head of risk management at Deutsche Bank International in the Channel Islands, where he gained experience of offshore banking operations. Prior to this, he was a senior manager at KPMG Forensic Services where he was recognised as an emerging leader.
Hucker said: "Having held the role of Chief Risk Officer myself I fully appreciate the importance of understanding and managing risk. We operate in a sector and indeed a world that is changing very rapidly and face a huge range of challenges."
