Stamford Associates, a UK-based investment consultancy, has named Alexandra Haggard as new chief executive.
In her new role, Haggard will work closely with CIO Nathan Gelber, who will retain responsibility for investment decisions, said Roger Cobley, chairman of Stamford Associates.

Haggard joined Stamford from Russell Investments, where she worked for 14 years overseeing the product and marketing teams, and serving on the European executive committee.
Previously, she also held a number of roles at Russell, including director of product development & management as well as roles in sales and client service across the EMEA region.
Haggard said: "I look forward to working alongside Nathan Gelber and the rest of the team to continue solving investors’ problems with effective solutions that focus on quality rather than quantity."
