UK wealth management company St James Place (SJP) has concluded the acquisition of The Henley Group, a Hong Kong wealth manager.
The closure comes three months after SJP struck a deal with The Hensley Group that also marked its foray into foreign markets offering services to the British expatriate in Asian markets, reported International Adviser.

The Henley Group chairman Antony Michell said the company that has spent over 24 years building one of the most respected wealth management firms in Asia will mark a new step with the support of St. James’s Place.
"We have the opportunity to develop a truly unique proposition for expatriates in Asia helping them achieve their financial goals," added Michell.
The Henley Group’s portfolio includes over 50 advisers, offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai and around £400 million in assets under advice.
