State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) has launched low-risk global equity fund, Global Managed Volatility Alpha (MVA), for Australian investors.
The fund, which was launched more than four years ago in the US, will be headed up by Marc Reinganum and Chee Ooi.

The fund will accessible through superannuation funds, the financial advice industry and investment platforms, and will be available via both segregated mandates and a managed investment scheme structure.
