Sprott Asset Management has completed the acquisition of three funds from Arrow Capital Management.
The three funds, Exemplar Global Infrastructure Fund, the Exemplar Timber Fund and the Exemplar Global Agriculture Fund, will be sub-advised by Capital Innovations, a subsidiary of Arrow Capital Management.

Additionally, the funds will be re-branded as Sprott products.
The deal has received regulatory approval and was also approved at a unit holder meeting on 25 March 2014.
Meantime, BluMont Capital Corporation has now been merged with Arrow Capital Management Inc.
As part of the deal, Michael Underhill and Susan Dambekaln of Capital Innovations will continue serve as lead managers for the Funds.
