UK-based SPF Private Clients has purchased general insurance and pensions advice firm Wiltshire & Co for an undisclosed sum.
As part of the deal, all four Wiltshire & Co advisers will continue to work at SPF without any redundancies.

The acquisition boosts SPF’s general insurance and wealth management offering, which now accounts for more than 35% of its business.
