François, who joins from Clifford Chance Luxembourg, specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, particularly in relation to private equity and real estate. He will be joined by senior associate, Hélène Arvis, also from Clifford Chance.

In addition to adding to their team, Speechly Bircham Luxembourg will also be moving to new premises at 2, rue Jean Monnet in the Kirchberg district.

The Luxembourg office opened in 2011 as Speechly Bircham Pfeiffer. To coincide with the move and continued expansion, it will now be known as Speechly Bircham.
