Societe Generale Private Banking (SGPB) has appointed Franck Bonin as its new director of commercial development.
Bonin in his new role will be based in Paris and will oversee commercial animation of SGPB.

In coordination with the commercial directors, Bonin will define both global and local commercial policies for each entity who he supervises functionally.
He will report directly to Jean-François Mazaud and Patrick Folléa, head of Societe Generale Private Banking and deputy head of Societe Generale Private Banking, respectively.
Mathieu Vedrenne, head of wealth management solutions for SGPB France, will replace Bonin as commercial and marketing director for SGPB France. Franklin Wernert will succeed Vedrenne, the private said.
