Joseph Hubbell, who oversaw $100m at Merrill Lynch, has merged his practice with Snowden Lane’s Clinton-Pedrena Group to form Veritas Private Wealth Group in New York City.
Snowden Lane’s Clinton-Pedrena Group comprises of two other ex-Merrill Lynch advisers, Jesse Clinton and Phil Pedrena.

Veritas Private Wealth Group will oversee more than $370m in client assets, Snowden Lane said.
Prior to joining Snowden Lane, Hubbell also held positions at Smith Barney, UBS and JPMorgan.
