Smith & Williamson has hired Michael Pagliari as its new investment management partner.
In his new role, Pagliari will oversee funds for private clients. Additionally, he will work as an adviser to family offices and others in the ultra high net worth sector, according to Fundweb.

Pagliari has joined Smith & Williamson from Morgan Stanley, where he served as an executive director of the multi-asset team for private clients.
Pagliari hire follows the appointment of Willie Hartley and Geraldine as partners in the firm’s charities group as well as Philip Lawlor, who joined as head of the Smith & Williamson investment strategy team.
