The offering, which is hosted on the company’s online services portal elexica, makes the launch process cost and time efficient by centralising start-up materials for ease of use and presenting them in a practical, easy-to-understand manner.
The launch of Simmons & Simmons LaunchPlus is an expansion of its hedge fund practice designed for start-up managers in the UK. The resource was rolled out in June 2015 to support the launch and operation of a new hedge fund management business in the country.
Simmons & Simmons, which was founded in 1896, currently operates in key financial centres across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
