SimCorp, a provider of investment management services for the financial services industry, has hired Nick Quin as managing director for Asia.
Quin, who replaces Peter Hill, will be based in Sydney.

Meanwhile, Hill will take over a new role as managing director of United Kingdom & Middle East at SimCorp Ltd.
Quin, most recently served as regional sales director at SimCorp Asia Pacific since 2003, where he was responsible for developing SimCorp’s presence in both Australian and Asian markets.
Quin has more than23 years of experience in the financial and software markets in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
Quin said: "My goal is to continue to help investment organizations move away from legacy platforms and enable them to grow their business, while assisting our clients in responding to market demands, such as the current Central Clearing and Trade Repository Reporting requirements."
