Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), a US-based commercial lender, has appointed Yvette Butler as its new head of private bank.

Butler joins from Capital One Investing, where he worked as the president.

Overall, she has an experience of over 25 years in the financial services sector, which also includes senior roles at Charles Schwab, E*Trade, as well as Wells Fargo.
