Since then, Seneca Investment Managers has hired David Warnock as new chairman, and venture capitalist Jon Moulton, who through his family office, Perscitus Advisers, has purchased a significant minority shareholding in the company.
Miton Capital Partners now manages two open-ended investment companies (the CF Miton Distribution Fund and the CF Miton Diversified Growth Fund) an investment trust (the Midas Income & Growth Trust) and a number of segregated mandates.
The two open-ended investment companies will be rebranded under the Seneca Investment Managers brand.
The acquisition marks as a key building block for the new management team and will expand Seneca’s presence in the UK fund management market.
