Schroder Property has appointed Jon Consolo and Ryan Bennett as property analysts within its global property securities team.
Tom Walker, co-head of Global Property Securities at Schroders, said: "The addition of Jon and Ryan complements the existing resources we have within the Global Property Securities team and the broader Schroders business. Their impressive experience, knowledge and track record of analysing listed real estate will assist us in providing investors with sustainable and long term returns in this asset class."

Jon Consolo has a 10-year experience in the industry and was previously designated as Deutsche Bank Asset Management’s real estate securities analyst where his role was to cover Continental Europe.
He will be based in Schroders’ London office and his new role will make him responsible for covering the European markets.
Ryan Bennett has seven years’ experience covering North American REITs, and formerly served at Zelman & Associates, Barclays and Lehman Brothers.
Bennett will be based in Schroders’ New York office and will join the company in October.
