Schroders’ Asia head of private bank distribution Terence Bong has left the firm as part of a restructure of its sales team in Asia.
Albert Tse, who is currently head of intermediary distribution for Southeast Asia, will take over the responsibilities of Bong in addition to current duties, according to Asian Investor.

Meantime, Louis Sze, who was Hong Kong-based vice president of intermediary business development, has also left the firm.
A spokeswoman from Schroders said that the teams dedicated to the segment will continue to report to Tse.
Lieven Debruyne, head of intermediary business for Asia Pacific, Schroders, said: "Private banks are a very substantial part of our overall business in Asia. By aligning the sales and servicing coverage of international private banks under the team led by Albert, we believe that we will be able to deliver better service to our clients."
