Scott joins from BEA Union Investments based in Hong Kong, where over the past 4 years he has held the position of Head of Multi-Asset. Prior to BEA Union Investments Scott was a senior consultant at Towers Watson based in the UK and Hong Kong.
Scott will report to Lesley-Ann Morgan who has been promoted to Head of Global Strategic Solutions.

Lesley-Ann joined Schroders in June 2011 as Senior Strategist within the Global Strategic Solutions team, a team which was previously headed up by Neil Walton.
