Cavero had joined Schroders in 2003 as a private banker and head of high net worth clients.

Prior to joining Schroders, he had spent four years working as a private banker for JP Morgan Chase in Madrid and two years as a credit analyst in the corporate banking division of Banco Central Hispano in New York.

Meanwhile May 2012 has seen Schroders making several hires to enhance its fixed income capabilities.

While at the start of May 202, Schroders made four hires for the emerging market debt relative return sector; two portfolio managers who latterly worked for UBS were hired in mid-May.
